29er Racing Squad regatta preparation days are designed to give youth sailors some knowledge and skills to be able to race at a Victorian Championship. The length of the training day reflects the longer days at the regatta venue. The training will focus on the skills needed to prepare with the RBYC team before the start, teamwork skills, skills and processes to start in clear air in bigger fleets and some basic racing skills. For those sailors who complete the regatta preparation days and enter the Victorian 29er championship they will be presented with RBYC team caps and shirts.
