HUNTER REGION SUMMER SERIES – Round 4

Following numerous requests for further rounds of the summer series we are pleased to announce that an additional round will be held at the Fearnley Dawes Athletics Track on Saturday 23rd January 2021
ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY –

Ages: 6 to Masters
Time: Starts 2:30pm for approx. 4 hours
Cost: $5 for up to 5 events
Registrations Round 4 Open: Monday 4th January 2021

2:30pm - 60m (age 6+)
3:30pm - 100m (age 6+)
4.30pm - 400m (age 7+)
5:15pm - Mixed 4 x 100 relay (age 6+)**
5.45pm – 800m (age 8+)
6.30pm - 5000m (age 12+)
**Relay – two division U16 and 16+ teams
(Form your own 4 person team - relays are not on registration form)

Rules
- The competition shall be run to World Athletic rules
- 1 false start rule shall apply to 13 years and above running events
- Seeded Events will be conducted for under 13 and over 13 Men and Women up to 800m
- Athletes shall be seeded according to ability (if times submitted on entry)
- Spikes worn must be max. of 5mm in length
- Age restrictions will apply to appropriate events
- Mixed events for 5000m
- All throwers must use the correct throwing implement for their age.
- Athletes in field event (except high jump) will have the duration of the time allocated for their event for completion of their trials.
- Due to COVID-19 Restriction/regulations the conduct of events may vary from normal competition rules.
- High Jump bar will increment by 5cm per round with increased height announced to allow athlete to enter competition at their selected height
Timing : Photo finish shall be in use
Check in: Athletes are not required to check in.
Spectators/Visitors/Coaches: must register their attendance by scanning the QR Code or manually completing the attendance register.
Results: will only be available on the ANSW Live Results webpage
Canteen: Coffee van will be onsite and limited packaged food and drinks available from canteen.
