Cycle Studio - Individual bookings

Welcome to the exciting world of indoor cycling!   

Join us for a unique and immersive cycling experience. This session is designed to challenge and motivate you, while providing a fun and interactive way to get fit and improve your cycling skills.

With Zwift, you will be able to ride virtual roads and paths, race with other riders, and track your progress in real-time. 

For individuals wanting to get in a quick workout during lunch time or want to explore the virtual courses while keeping fit. These sessions are catered to individuals of all abilities, be it a complete beginner, a casual rider or an experienced cyclist. 

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in, it can either be your cycling tights or your regular workout clothes.

What to bring

  • Must bring a towel
  • Water bottle 

Session times (times are subject to change based on feedback and demand)

  • 7 am - 8 am 
  • 11:00am-12:00pm

QUT Sport Leaders will meet you at the studio to help you get set up with your bike and choose a Zwift location for your session.
