Allocations

 

If you are on photo finish, please ensure you are at the venue more than 60 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready to go. A zero test will be required 1 hour before the first event for morning AND afternoon..

If you are on track/field, please ensure you are at the venue 60 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready to go. Some assistance earlier for EDM woudl be appreciated (please indicate close to the day).

If you are on start, please ensure you are at the venue more than 60 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready to go. We will be using the wireless FinishLynx system. The Start Time V (red box) system is is available for backup. A zero test will be required 1 hour before the first event for morning AND afternoon..

At the end of the day, please put all your event area equipment together for tech to put away. Please keep all event area as tidy as possible (take all drink/water bottles and rubbish with you).

Please wear your Qld Athetics officials shirt and cap, long black pants and good black shoes please. We need to present well for this event.
