Please note the date and time of event.

If you are on photo finish, please ensure you are at the venue 90 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready to go. We will let you know if a zero test is required (mainly for championship, GPS, etc)

If you are on track/field, please ensure you are at the venue 60 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready to go.

If you are on start, please ensure you are at the venue 60 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready to go. The Start Time V (red box) system is to be used where possible.

At the end of the day, please put all your event area equipment together for tech to put away. We will outline the details of equipment/implements closer to the date.

Contact Greg or Dave at the office at any time if any equipment is not working.

Your nomination for this event doesn't guarantee you will be wokring at this event. Please understand we will make every attempt to give all of our officials experience, and we need to ensure suitabe placement for the best outcome. We'll let you know a week before the date (if not before).

Please wear your Qld Athetics officials shirt and cap.
