If you are on photo finish, please ensure you are at the venue 60 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready to go. We will let you know if a zero test is required (mainly for championship, GPS, etc)

If you are on track/field, please ensure you are at the venue 60 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready to go.

If you are on start, please ensure you are at the venue 60 minutes before the event to set up and ensure everything is ready to go. The Start Time V (red box) system is to be used where possible.

At the end of the day, please put all your event area equipment together for tech to put away.

Your nomination for this event doesn't guarantee you will be wokring at this event. Please understand we will make every attempt to give all of our officials experience, and we need to ensure suitabe placement for the best outcome.

Please wear your Qld Athetics officials shirt and cap.
