The Queensland Athletics Championships is the premier Track and Field event in the state and a key qualification event leading to the Australian Athletics Championships.
There is no qualification standard to compete at these championships, anyone and everyone is welcome as long as they have a QLD Athletics/ANQ membership or membership with another of the Australian state member federations or an international athletics federation. Age groups offered at these championships include u14/u15/u16/u17/u18/u20/Open as well as para age groups U14/u16/u18/u20/Open

Minimum Age
The minimum age for this competition is 12 years (born 2008 & turning 12 in 2020 - age as at 31 December 2020).
Bib Numbers
Athletes MUST wear their current 2019-2020 competition numbers. Athletes will not be allowed to compete unless correct bib numbers are worn. Replacement numbers issued to athletes on the day will incur a fee of $5.
Entries will close at 9.00am on Feb 18. At this point, we will create a final timetable (we wont accept entries whilst creating the final timetable)
After the final timetable has been released, late entries will be restricted to empty spots in events so as to not affect the timetable.
All levels of membership will be charged a $10 late fee per event after 9:00am Feb 18, 2020
General Public entry - payable at the gate:
$5.00 adult / $3.00 concession per day
$10.00 adult / $6.00 concession for the weekend pass
