Anyone wanting to access meets either outside the fence or inside the field of play must fill in this form.
All we ask is
1) All media have and carry their blue card
2) Report to Competition Management to confirm you are at the meet
3) Provide a selection of photos to Queensland Athletics for use
4) Follow any instructions from QA Staff or Officials
