Shoes: it is the athlete's repsonsibilty to ensure their shoes are suitable for use in accordance with World Athletics' guidelines found in their regularly updated list https://certcheck.worldathletics.org/

Under 20 and Open athletes must comply and will not be allowed to run in the A, B or C grade races unless shoes are legal. 

Marshalling times: All athletes should marshall for Track events at the start line at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of their event, Field events should marshall at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of their event.
