Queensland Athletics and Qrun are calling for expressions of interests to host the following Championships in 2025.

Please note that the Marathon has already been awarded.

Queensland Athletics will provide

Technical Delegate
Referee (for some events more than one). For events with a lead car the referee and/or Technical Delegate should have access to the lead car, Assistant Referees are to be proivided with a scooter or push bike.
Championship medals or something similiar
Other services can be agreed to such as a back up timing system.
World Athletics listing on the Global Calendar - so athletes can use those performances to qualify for other events and gain a world ranking.
An agreeded amouunt of advertising for the event via Qrun media channels.

Event Organiser will provide

An agreeded amount of free entries for use by QLD Athletics and/or Qrun.
An agreeded amount of space for Qrun/QLD Athletics signage.
AIMS Certificate for all road courses - QLD Athletics can assist with this.
All relevant documentation for councils/state goverments
Public Liability
Willingness to work with both Queensland Athletics and Qrun to ensure the event meets the standards set for a State Championship and World Athletics ranking competition.
