Javelin Throw Clinic
Saturday Jan 13th, National Throws Centre.

Join Mike Barber, Lukas Cannan and Grant Ward for a practical training session. Athletes will be taken through a progressive, javelin specific warm up followed by a progressive session of throwing aimed at teaching foundation concepts to throw further whilst staying healthy. The session with end with core and shoulder health exercises for injury prevention.

The clinic is available to athletes in the U16 age group and older. Coaches are encouraged to attend and will have the opportunity to ask questions through the session.
