Skippers only (or nomiated representative) meeting to discuss the successes and otherwise of the past seasons with the aim of looking at the next seasons programme and opportunities for improvments in our IT, NORs, Courses and SIs.   I'll push out an agenda pre meeting.  Feel free to send your suggestions to me in preparation for the meeting.   I have included the last meeting minutes as a starting point.
