The 67th Pelican States are being held at Geographe Bay Yacht Club from the 5th to 10th January 2025.
Measuring is on Sunday the 5th and sailing starts on Monday 6th. Wednesday the 10th is a lay day (subject to the week's race conditions) offers families a chance to visit local attractions in Busselton and surrounds. We will close the event on Friday 10th with a Presentation Dinner at the Geographe Bay Yacht Club.
Regatta entry is $220 per boat and includes race day lunches, event t-shirt and presentation dinner for skippers and crew. Closing date for registration is 24/11/24 5pm to avoid a late fee ($50). Championship shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed after this date.
See the attached Notice of Race for all information. ** Some NOR details to be revised - - Registrations will only be accepted online through Revsport portal - No paper submissions will be accepted.
Event shirts - additional shirts can be purchased for $45 each, see NOR App 5. Please pre-order as minimal extra shirts will be available at the event.
Welcome night function - Monday 6th January, GBYC 1800hrs: ("build your own burger"). (Payment to club on attendance).
Presentation Dinner - Dinner for sailors is included in the entry fee. Extra meals will be Adult $45 per head, Child (under 14) $25 per head. Please state any allergies/dietary requirements at time of booking.
Camping is available at the yacht club for a limited number of tent sites. Please book through GBYC at the following site.
