East Fremantle Yacht Club

The annual 'Pelican Power Up' training camp will be held at the East Fremantle Yacht Club, between the 1st and 3rd of October 2024. East Fremantle Yacht Club is located at Petra St, East Fremantle.
​Peli Power Up attracts sailors from across the State, providing our junior Pelican sailors the opportunity to get the coaching that develops them as sailors while having fun on the water and forging new friendships.
There will be a ‘Coaching Fee’ of $100 per sailor which includes lunch for the sailors for the 3 days. Skippers and crews need to register separately.
Camping for PPU 2024 is available at a cost of $20/family/night at EFYC. The camping area is suitable for tents, camper trailers and small caravans from the Monday afternoon through to Friday morning, on a ‘self-catering’ basis. (Please note: the club does not provide cooking/kitchen facilites). Trailers must be unhitched and parking is available in designated EFYC carpark.
Clubhouse toilets and showers are available to use for sailors and campers.
A detailed schedule for the week, once it is finalized, will be posted on the Pelican FB page and sent to all event-registered members.
Volunteers to make lunches and for other roles will be needed- it's a great way to meet parents and sailors and its helps keep our fees low and events run smoothly. A volunteer page will be emailed out or available to sign up at the event.
