I have familiarised myself with the risks associated with my participation in activities at Pretoria Sailing Club and any related activities. I understand that these activities, by their very nature, involve the risk of injury or death, and involve risks related to wild animals, the water, powerboats, the club's property, facilities and equipment like winches or jetties, and other potential dangers. I and my family sail and participate in activities entirely at our own risk and the Pretoria Sailing Club, its officers, committee members, members, staff and course organisers / coaches do not accept liability or responsibility for any damages, accidents, injury or loss of any nature whatsoever, whether arising from negligence, gross negligence or any other cause whatsoever which is suffered by any person.

I furthermore indemnify the Pretoria Sailing Club, its officers, committee members, members, staff and course organisers / coaches against any damages, accidents, injury or loss of any nature whatsoever, whether arising from negligence, gross negligence or any other cause whatsoever that may occur. The indemnity I provide also includes indemnity against any present or future claims which may be made by my children.
