Please be advised that Port Macquarie Little Athletics Club will be holding its Annual General Meeting on:
Date: Tuesday 8th of April, 2025
When: Starting at 6.00pm sharp
Where: Settlers Inn Hotel. Function Room adjacent to Bistro Pick Up counter
Members will have the opportunity to find out about Port Macquarie LAC and its finances, speak about any items on the agenda and vote on any resolutions proposed.
At the meeting, members will also be asked to vote to:
• accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
• accept the annual report
• accept the annual financial statements
• election of office bearers for the upcoming 2025-26 season.
Who can attend the AGM?
Port Macquarie LAC welcomes the participation of all members, athletes and life members of the centre.
Who can vote at the AGM?
While Port Macquarie LAC welcomes the attendance athletes and their families you must be member or life member of Port Macquarie LAC in order to cast a vote on any matter.
AGM Agenda, papers and reports
AGM Agenda, reports and financials will be finalized prior to the meeting and will available for download prior to the meeting.
Copies will be available on the night.

Nomination of Office Bearers (Executive Committee)
At the AGM all executive committee positions will be declared vacant. We invite all members to consider nominating and stand for election for any of the following positions on the Executive Committee:-
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Registrar
Any member wishing to stand for election to an Executive Committee position must do so using the nomination form.
Please note that NOMINATIONS CLOSE Tuesday 1st April 2025.
We will also be looking for additional members to support the executive committee. These members will form part of the committee and their minor roles contribute greatly towards the successful running of the club. All these roles are displayed underneath the executive members here
