What is the process after Region Championships...?

1. Withdrawals

Athletes who placed top 2 and cannot attend the NSW Junior Championship or HART Sport Little Athletics Championship will have to fill out the withdrawal form by the Monday after their Region Championships. 

You can fill out the form via a QR Code available at the Region Championships or the button below.

2. Qualifying Lists 

Qualifying lists will be published on the Event Page

NSW Junior Championships (13's (U14) - 15's (U16))

HART Sport Little Athletics Championships (9's - 12's)

3. Confirmation of Entry 

Athletes will be required to confirm their position and pay an entry fee. The entry confirmation link will be sent via email to athletes who have qualified. If you believe you have qualified but not received the email by Thursday 20th February, please contact us here.

If you did not qualify but wish to compete at state and are eligble under point 10 in the Entry Regulations, please fill out the form below. 

State Exemption Form (12's - 15's (U16) ONLY)

Direct Entry 

Athletes in the will be available for athletes in the 16's (U17), 17's (U18) & U20. Additional events for the 13's (U14), 14's (U15) & 15's (U16) will also be via direct entry. Please ensure you have read the Entry Regulations prior to filling out this entry. Direct Entries will close Friday 28th February.

4. Entries close 

Entry Confirmation closes Wednesday 26th February. Please ensure you have reviewed the qualifying lists and confirmed your entry before the closing date as a rolldown of remaining positions will take place and your position will no longer be available.

5. Additional Spots 

A further rolldown will take place for next best athletes. Athletes who are selected in the rolldown will be notified by email with a link to confirm their entry into the State Championships.
