As we prepare for another exciting year, we are writing to inform you about an important update regarding our registration process which goes LIVE TODAY. This season, the Port Adelaide Softball Club is making significant strides to streamline our operations and enhance your experience as members. We are pleased to announce that we are leveraging the capabilities of our registration database (revSPORT) to introduce a convenient "one-stop shop" for all registration and fee payments.
What does this mean for you? Moving forward, you will now be able to register for the season and pay all fee components in a single transaction through our online registration portal. This includes consolidating the fees for Softball Australia, Softball SA, and our club into one total amount at the checkout stage. By implementing this system, we aim to eliminate the need for multiple billing cycles and various payment methods, simplifying the process for both our members and our administrative team.
This initiative not only enhances efficiency but also ensures that our committee can focus more on supporting our teams and delivering an exceptional softball experience. By working smarter, not harder, we can devote more time and resources to the development of our club and the enjoyment of all our members.
We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we believe that this enhancement will ultimately benefit everyone involved. Additionally, we are excited to announce an Early Bird Discount starting now until midnight on September 30. Seniors will receive a $30 discount, while juniors will enjoy a $20 discount on their registration fees. We also recognise that some members may be experiencing financial challenges. While our preference is for all fees to be paid at the checkout, we want to support our community. If you find yourself under financial stress, please contact our finance team at portadelaidesoftball@softballsa.com.au to discuss setting up a payment plan that works for you. We are committed to ensuring that financial considerations do not hinder your ability to participate fully in the activities of our club.
