Learn to Sail

The Learn to Sail Program is run by experienced Instructors and helpers for beginners. All participants are given a PFD (life jacket) and are supervised on the water by Instructors in safety boats. Participants must have basic swimming ability and we recommend you discuss this or any specific needs with the Instructors prior to the first session. They are held on Saturday mornings from 9.00 am – 12.00 pm starting 21 October 2023. So come along and have some fun on the water, bring your friends, sailing is a great sport.

You do not need any previous sailing experience to join in, as this is the introductory class.

Participation fee is $55 for the pre-Christmas program.

What to bring:

Bathers, Rashie, Sun Hat, Sun Screen, Towel & Water Bottle.

** Life Jacket, Wet Suit, Booties & Gloves can be borrowed from the Club if you do not own any.
