Every four years IBCPC (International Breast Cancer Paddlers Commission) hold an International dragon boat festival for breast cancer survivors and their supporters.  We are looking forward to participating at Lake Karapiro in New Zealand in 2023.  Previous festivals have been held in Canada, Australia, USA and Italy.  Where will the next one be held?? :)
