Pickleball Australia Sanctioned Tournaments

Applications are now open to host a Pickleball Australia sanctioned tournament in 2025.

Why host a sanctioned tournament?

In 2024, Pickleball Australia has worked closely with our Member Associations, their affiliates and our partners to create a robust competitive pathway so players of all levels can enjoy competing in pickleball events suitable for their level and experience.

A tiered competitive pathway highlights to players of all ages what they need to do in order to gain Australian Ranking (AR) points.

Over 70 tournaments were sanctioned by Pickleball Australia in 2024 and these tournaments enjoyed benefits including guidance, support and tangible benefits to ensure the tournament was run to a standard upheld across the nation.

In 2025, Pickleball Australia endeavors to improve on our offerings to ensure Tournament Directors and all those involved in playing tournaments have an enjoyable, quality experience.
