The next training is to be held on Saturday 7 August, 9:00am-12:00pm (AEST). Alan Thomson will present PART 2: (FTT) on Zoom.
Part 2- Further Technical Training (FFT)

If you are interested in attending, please contact us at officiating@pickleballaus.org

We plan to do Part 1 and Part 2 training again in September/October, 2021.
N.B To be a referee, it is not essential that you play Pickleball, but a good understanding of the rules is necessary. You do not need to be someone who wants to compete at tournaments. Being a referee provides individuals with an opportunity to get involved with competitive events, enjoy the tournament atmosphere, and provide an invaluable service.
Whilst we hope that many participants will take up Refereeing games at all levels of competition, there is no expectation that by doing the course you are committed in any way.
The advantage of this training is being able to ask questions of an experienced Referee and gain clarification before continuing on your own referee journey. Check out the Quick Start Referee Guide.
