The DinkFest/APC 2021 organising committee has agreed to meet again on August 15 to make a final decision on whether to proceed or cancel DinkFest and the APC this year due to the COVID situation. The committee wishes to take every opportunity to host the events in Newcastle September 25 – October 4 as it will not be possible to hold DinkFest or the APC in Newcastle later this year or in 2022.

We apologise for any inconvenience this delay may be causing players who want to make definite plans. As you all know, the course of the virus is beyond our control and we are at its mercy. We hope the tide may turn dramatically over the next two weeks and DinkFest and the APC in Newcastle will be the light at the end of the tunnel we are currently experiencing.

Between now and August 15, please do not register for any more events. For those who have already registered for events, registration fees will be refunded if needed.
