Gail Aiken - Advisor
Gail has an array of career pursuits spanning 50 years, but all with one common factor in mind; innovating ways and means for people to explore and realise their full potential. With a twist in life circumstances, the past thirty years have been spent in the creation of multi-purpose, multi-use facilities that deliver targeted programs across the ages and abilities and provide the consequent pathways that enable each to attain their potential through sports and the arts. Within this context, Gail was invited to bring her combined business and tennis coach experience to various national roles with Tennis Australia over a fourteen year period, with her final role on the National Coaching advisory group between 2007-2011. Gail's roled culmintaed in presenting at the 2011 Grand Slam Coaches Conference and a subsequent road show, delivery coach education workshops. While Gail continues to provide advisory input to organisations and Boards, who share the passion for empowering people, she found herself reignited on the court when attending World Pickleball Day in 2019. When circumstances allowed in 2021, Gail began to see and experience all that this great sport had to offer. So after acquanting further with the game, undertook her coaching certification with Pickleball Coaching International.
The rest is now histroy. You can be sure, however, if there is an innovation or vision brewing for Gail, there is always a team of equally passionate fellow sojourners who are combining their talents and hunger to be the best version of themselves to realise the vision and are eager to invite you into the journey.
