Phoenix is the performance program that sits at the highest tier of the VNSW pathway for athletes, coaches, and referees.
The program serves to:
- Raise the culture of performance and elevate the standard of play in NSW.
- Form the basis of selection of a Phoenix representative team to participate in national and international tours and events (e.g. Australian Volleyball League, Asian Club Championships, etc).
- Be the State recognized training ground and pathway to be identified for and nominated to the Volleyball Australia national pathway as well as other potential national and international opportunities.
