Being asked to take on the role of being a helper within our club is very important because of the support you are able to provide to coaches and the girls. It is a great opportunity to gain experience with the running of classes and get an insight into some of the work that coaches do.

 

In order for you to be able to get the most out of this fantastic experience and to ensure that you understand the role, we will be conducting a compulsory helper training session on Saturday 3rd of February in Studio 1. This is a compulsory training event for all helpers.
