Thank you for your child to recently participate in the NSW State Championship. We love having Penrith City Softball being represented and no matter the outcome, we are extremely proud to have your child play some great ball.

We are asking for your feedback on the coaching staff that you recently had, for the purpose of making them achieve their goals as people and coaches. It also allows us to help educate and provide positive reinforcement and/or constructice criticism, which allows our coaches and managers to grow and become the best they can be.

It is up to you if you want to complete with your child, you are the best judge of that.

Just for your peace of mind, the information you provide will not be shared to any other person, other than myself, Steven Albee (VP Reps) and will only be used to help coach and provide feedback for future programs. It will in no way affect the position of the coach/manager and is a vital for self growth.
