PHI is calling for Expressions of Interest for all our Junior Representative Umpiring positions. If you are currently umpiring and looking to increase your knowledge and gain invaluable experience you should apply now. Umpiring at our Western Conference and State Championships provides experience and mentoring to develop your knowledge, receive feedback and gain experience at a higher level.
