Players will be required to attend at least one (1) trial on the below dates: Trial 1: Sunday 12th March U15's 9am-10:30am U18's 10:30am-12pm U13's 12pm-1:30pm Trial 2: Sunday 19th March U13's 9am-10:30am U15's 10:30am-12pm U18's 12pm-1:30pm

U18 Nomination Form

Parkes Hockey Association is calling for nominations for our Junior Representative Teams for all age groups except U11's (nomination for U11's will be called for closer to their Carnival date in July/August). 

PHI will be entering teams in U/18, U/15, U/13 age groups at HNSW State Championships and all age groups except U18's at Western Conference Carnivals. Players selected in Representative Teams are expected to attend these Championships and Carnivals. For dates and venues please click on the following link for these details: 2023 Rep Field Season

Representative hockey offers all players the next level of coaching and competition as well as the opportunity to make new friends and go onto further representative honours. 

If you are interested in playing Junior Representative Hockey in 2023 please complete and submit this nomination form for your age group. If you wish to nominate for more than one age group, you must nominate in each age group. These nomination forms must be completed by the close date below to be considered for selection, even if you have completed the "Rep Squad Training' registration form previously.

All nominations close on Friday 10th March at 6pm.

Trials are scheduled for age and gender groups as below:

 

Trial No.1 

Sunday 12 March 2023 

Under 15 Girls & Boys – 9am to 10:30am

Under 18 Girls & Boys - 10:30am to 12pm

Under 13 Girls & Boys – 12pm to 1:30pm

 

Trial No.2

Sunday 19 March 2023

Under 13 Girls & Boys - 9am to 10:30am 

Under 15 Girls & Boys - 10:30pm to 12pm 

Under 18 Girls & Boys – 12pm to 1:30pm 

 

Important information about trials

Players are encouraged to attend both trials if possible.

  • Players who are able to attend only one trial MUST notify PHI by emailing Junior Representative Co-Ordinator prior to the trial date.
  • Players who are not able to attend either trial must apply for an exemption. Exemptions can be applied for by emailing PHI Junior Representative Co-Ordinator.
  • If an exemption is not applied for, and granted prior to the trials, players cannot be considered in selection for PHI teams. Players may be able to join 2nd teams if numbers allow.
  • Players who's primary Association is other than PHI MUST provide a Player Clearance prior to the 2nd Trial on 19th March to be considered for selection.
  • In addition to a coach, PHI will provide a minimum of one (1) independant selector at each trial date for the selection process.
