The business of the AGM is to note and approve the President's, Secretary's, Captain's and the Auditor's reports and to elect the Committee members for the next 12 month period.

The Committee is comprised of the President, Captain, Vice-Captain, Secretary, Treasurer, Bar Manager elected for 12 months and 4 general members elected for 2 years.

The Committee also encourages members to actively support the committee by leading various additional functions, including supporting boat repairs, fundraising, events, membership support, historical records, filing and communications.

The Captain has a team of group leaders to support rowing squads: Junior, Men's and Women's Competitive, Recreational.
