Training sessions

We have a great team of volunteer coaches for most of our sessions. Our coaches also set training programs suitable to the skill, age and fitness levels of the rowers.

No bookings required.

Our current training sessions are:

  • Monday 5.00-6.30pm for Novice and Adult Rowers Coach: Phil Bastian
  • Tuesday 7.30-9.30am for Adult Rowers Uncoached
  • Tuesday 5.15-6.45pm for Youth Rowers / Masters Gym session Coach: Ali Smith
  • Thursday 7.30-9.30am for Adult Rowers Uncoached
  • Thursday 5.15-7.00pm for Youth Rowers Coaches: Phil Bastian, Stu Tibbits
  • Saturday 7.30-9.30am Either Regatta or Masters and Experienced Youth: Uncoached Club Row (check with the Captain)
  • Sunday 7.30-9.30am for Masters and Senior Youth Rowers: Uncoached Club Row
  • Sunday 7.30-9.30am for Masters Learn to Row / Novice Rowers Coached: Vicky Knight
  • Sunday 9.30-11.30am for Inter Youth Rowers and Beginnner Youth Rowers Coached: Lottie Prowe, Cameron Moffat, Stu Tibbits, Ryan Johnston
  • Sunday 9.30-11.30am for Senior/Masters Beginner Rowers Coached: Vicky Knight
