Supporting our competitors travelling to Alexandra Headland QLD for the National Surf Life Saving Championships (Aussies) in April as well as Lorne VIC for the Australian Surf Rowers League Open (ASRL Open) in February.

Mid-February 2024 we will be taking approx. 15-18 crews to the ASRL Open in Lorne VIC then in April 2024 we will be taking our largest ever number of competitors, approx. 20 crews, up to Alexander Headlands Beach QLD for the Australian Surf Life Saving Championships. We will have over 90 club members competing and there will be plenty of genuine Gold Medal chances within our 20 crews!

The costs this season to get to both Lorne VIC & Alexander Headlands QLD will again be very expensive (flights, accommodation, petrol for boats transport, entries, mini bus/car hire in both Lorne & in QLD, etc) and with the majority of our competitors under the age of 25 (approx. 12-14 of our crews) we are trying to help subsidise the cost as much as we can. 100% of the profits from the Surf Club Summer Raffle will go towards subsidising our ASRL Open & Nationals teams and their pursuit for gold.

The raffle will be drawn on the back lawn after Brats, Brutes, Bruisers on Saturday 6^th January 2024, with winners being contacted by phone if they are not on the back lawn at BBB.
