**Dual members must be insured through another club to paddle; they are not to vote or be elected during meetings but are welcome to attend and to volunteer.

These fees are to ensure club operating costs are met. The operational costs include, but are not limited to:

- Trailer Registrations and Insurances
- Marine Hull Insurance
- Admininistration
- Club Registration (DBQ)
- Postal Box Rental
- Personal Insurance
- Repairs & Maintenance
