The Annual General Meeting will be held at the clubhouse at midday. All are welcome to attend! The purpose of the meeting is to:

• approve the minutes of the 2022/2023 Annual General Meeting
• receive the financial report for the year ended 31 May 2024
• receive the Commodore's, Handicapper's and other reports
• elect the Management Committee for 2024/2025
• nominate members to other roles essential for the running of the club including our Australia Sailing representatives, the boat house officer, the safety officer, etc.

Immediately following the AGM we will host a BBQ lunch ($10) and present trophies for the 2023-2024 season. Please bring a salad or dessert to share.
