- Equipment purchases, at the end of last season we purchased a new clock and gazebos at a cost of $12,358
- Other ongoing costs include after hours pool hire, accounting fees, administration fees, trophies, events costs associated with grand finals
- This year will also see a financial contribution to a storage facility at WAVES that will enable the association to store and protect equipment more effectively with an estimated cost of $7500
- Every year we apply for grants and have been very successful over the past few years that has enabled us to continue to grow our sport
It is important to note that our players who represent O&M do so at their own cost, these carnivals are costly and always require travel, we encourage all members to support any fundraising efforts that they can throughout the season to support these teams.
The overall cost of representative team entries, uniforms and coaching fees, when they apply, comes to just under $30,000 per annum which is covered by players and their families. As an association we support these teams through the purchase of caps, balls and training space when required. The association assists with team entries and O&M pay in advance to enable players to pay in installments.
If you can offer any support to our association please contact us, we would love to have a chat.
