Ocean Grove Calisthenics College is a competitive calisthenics college based on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Calisthenics is considered a sport as well as an art. From a sport perspective, calisthenics promotes physical fitness, coordination, self-discipline and team spirit. As an art, it develops an appreciation of music and rhythm, the beauty of correct technique and the joy of performing.
