Attention hockey lovers 

North West Lightning are offering a great opportunity for hockey players to play at an elite level in Hockey Victoria's Vic League 1 and Reserve competitions.

Players from Hockey Central Vic, Goulburn Valley Hockey Association, North Central Hockey Association, Wimmera Hockey Association and Sunraysia Hockey Association are invited to register their interest in playing for North West Lightning.  

The competition comprises of 18 home and away rounds and three weeks of finals, starting on April 17th. Home games are based in Bendigo and away games played throughout Melbourne.

The Men's coaching team consists of Paul Lahn, Jeremy Maggs and  Andrew Maggs, while the Women's coaches are Matine Rahmani and Michael Gulson.

Interested players are welcome to attend training sessions on a Tuesday evening at the Bendigo hockey pitch from 6.00pm – 7.30pm and Sunday mornings from 10.00am - 11.00am.
