Our club has its origins in 1947 when the North West Hobart Hockey Club was founded. The club as it is today was formed when North West amalgamated with Graduates Ladies’ Hockey Club in 1983 to become the North West Hobart Graduates Hockey Club (NWHGHC)

NWG is based in Hobart and has teams in mens and womens, senior and junior competitions from S2H (Stick to Hockey) through to Premier League and Masters
