State Camp 3

The Squash NSW State Camp 3 Northern Region was held in Coffs Harbour on the 2nd and 3rd of March.

Players from across the state attended the 2-day camp, on the north coast with hot weather and extreme humidity the players put in 100% across the 2 days
Players worked through a number of sessions throughout the 2 days, on and off the court.
Athlete testing, skills sessions, match play, sprint recovery and a pool sessions to finish the camp on Sunday.

Thanks to ACE Performance for the use of the facilities for our athlete testing sessions, as well as the Coffs Harbour Squash and Swim Centre not only use of the courts but the pool also.

Congratulations to Jada Poulava and Darvan Thavendran MVPS for Camp 3 and Encouragement awards went to Eden Poulava, Pirthika Thavendran, Cleo Poulava, Bodhi Wratten and Jackson Wylie.

The next JPP Regional Camp 3 and 4 will be held in April and May at various location and State Camp 4 in June in Southern Region at Cootamundra.
