Athletics NSW is excited to be conducting the test event for the 2023 World Athletics Cross Country Championships alongside the Local Organising Committee for the event.

This test event will be our 2022 NSW XC Short Course Championships, and will provide an incredibly unique opportunity for athletes to run on the WXC Bathurst 23 course.

As this event will be held in a regional area, ANSW has decided to schedule a weekend of events and activities. and is  currently seeking nominations from Officials.

• Saturday 6th August - Mile Fun Run and Member engagement forums.
• Sunday 7th August - XC Short Course Championships and Fun Run.

Due to this is also a test event, unlike ANSW usual events Officials who nominate may not be appointed.

Hence, the closing date for the nominations will be at 11:45pm on Sunday 3rd July 2022. With the appointments to be annouced by Monday 11th July 2022.

All appointed officials will be notified via email, along with the appointments being uploaded onto the website.
