This fee is payable by each MJ boat competing in MJ NSW or National Titles that is not registered with the MJ association by their Club.
Generally Manly 16's and Middle Harbour register their boats with the MJ Association.
Check with your club's Manly Junior association representative to see if you need to pay this.
