The Hockey NSW benchmarks were published by hockey NSW in 2012.  They are a great guide as to what Hockey NSW is looking for in representative players for different age groups.  They are a good place to start when thinking about the important skills and concepts to coach to your team.   They include everything from hockey skills to fitness and are another really good resource.
