Interested in learning to umpire?
Whether you're keen to try out umpiring, build confidence for your club umpiring duties or just brush up on your skills, our North Shore umpiring program is a great start! Led by our Umpire in Chief, Duncan Lapsley, and our team of experienced Senior Blues, our umpiring program can help you learn to umpire, with practical application throughout our winter season.
- Have you previously umpired, given up, and now want to return?
- Are you a player who would like to develop a different aspect of your game?
- Are you an interested junior player who would like to give umpiring a go ?
- Are you an “SES” (Saturday Expert Spectator) who sits on the side lines and thinks you can, and would like to do that - ie Umpire?
- Feel the wonderful urge to give back to the (softball) community?
- Are you a parent or partner who would like to share in the sport that your child or partner plays?
If you have answered yes to any of the above, click below to express an interest in our umpiring program.
