Trials for our 2024 Under 12 Representative and Development teams will be held on Wednesday 13 December 2023 from 6pm to 8pm at St Ives. The teams will be announced shortly after the trials, with training to commence on Wednesday 31 January 2024. Training sessions will be held twice a week, usually on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings at St Ives.

Eligibility: 

To be eligible to nominate for the NSDSA Under 12 Representative or Development Team, players must be first registered with a North Shore District Softball Association Club and registered for the 2023-24 softball membership year (please refer to the membership section below).

To apply for the Under 12 Representative team, players must also be:

• Under 12 years of age, and no younger than 8 years of age, as at 31 December 2024.
• Available for the State Championship being held from Friday 5 to Sunday 7 April 2024. Note, whilst the location is yet to be confirmed by Softball NSW, we can confirm that the championships will NOT be specficied to a regional location. 

To apply for the Under 12 Development team, players must also be:

• Under 12 years of age, and no younger than 8 years of age, as at 31 December 2024.

The U12 Rep Team is primarily for those players turning 10 and 11 in 2024 whilst the U12 Dev Team is primarily for those players turning 8 and 9 in 2024. Consideration may be given to players from the younger age group for the Rep Team.
