Trials for Over 45s will be held on Sunday 30 July 2023 from 9.00am to 12.00pm at St Ives. The teams will be announced shortly after the trials, with training to then be held twice a week, usually on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings at St Ives.   

To be eligible to nominate for the NSDSA Over 45 Representative Team, players must be: 

• First registered with a North Shore District Softball Association Club and fully registered for the 2023 winter season.
• 45 years of age or over as at 31 December 2023.
• Available for the State Championship being held in Blacktown International Sportspark from Friday 29 September to 2 October 2023.
