Join us for our FREE fun and skill building holiday clinics this school holidays!

Our "Hit and run, catch some fun" Clinics are open to girls and boys under 14 years of age and will be focusing on softball skills. There are 3 sessions each day and participants are welcome to attend one or multiple days and/or sessions - we are flexible! Each session has a stand alone focus but they will also build on each other over the days to consolidate skills.

Clinic Details:

• Dates: Wednesday 5 July, Thursday 6 July and Friday 7 July
• Time: 9am - 12pm
• Where: St. Ives Village Green
• For: Girls and boys between 6 and 13 years of age
• Cost: FREE
• Bring: Exercise wear, hat, long pants and shin pads, water bottles and snacks. Mouth guards recommended

The clinic is broken into hourly skills sessions that will build on each other each day. You can come to as many or as few as you like. We only ask that you register so we can plan accordingly. 

Session Details:

• 9:00am - 9:50am: Base running, diving, sliding, strength and conditioning
• 10:00am - 10:50am: Throwing and fielding
• 11:00am - 12:00pm: Batting and bunting
