Our Annual Member Awards

Our annual competition awards illustrate the heritage of our North Shore competition and recognise the contributions of our members that have participated over the years in our morning and afternoon competition.

Annually, on grand final day, we recognise key members that have contributed significantly to North Shore as volunteers throughout the year. 

Our annual member awards include:

• The Mike Jones Trophy
• The NSDSA Committee Award
• The NSDSA Presidents Award

The Mike Jones Trophy

The Mike Jones Trophy was donated in 2005 in memory of Mike Jones, a long time member of and contributor to the Hunters Hill Club. The recipient of this award has made a substantial contribution to the success of their club - success being measured in terms of getting teams on the diamond, growing the club, participation in working committees, skill development etc and not necessarily the number of premierships gained or representative players within the club.
