This regatta is the second in the Traveller Series. It is generally held May Day Weekend. There is the option of camping at the club. Camping is favourable here as it is prime land on the lakeside, has fantastic facilities and you don’t have to move from the club if you come prepared. The canteen is well stocked. There are a few spots to have a camp fire. Be aware that possums will visit, so please keep your food possum proof, sneaky little critters! If camping isn’t your thing, there is a caravan park just down the road at Tinaburra, as well as other types of accommodation. A short ten minute drive into Atherton, and you will have access to shops. There are so many things to do at the Tablelands. Tinaroo offers regular regatta racing on a lake, as well as the Invitation and Frostbite race.
