The last regatta in the Traveller Series. The club house has a massive concrete parking area along side the club. This is where you can drop off your boat and park your car. The club has amazing toilet/bath facilities. The canteen will be open. There are many accommodation options, with a caravan park just down the road. There are shopping centres and takeaways. Many people tend to get in groups and eat at the pub on the Saturday night. But this is optional. Bowen does have a Green Fleet class which is sailed closer to shore and more protected. Junior fleet is sailed in the open, with the other classes but they do have different class race starts. Bowen has a massive tide, so ensure you take your beach trolleys back to the club on a low tide.
