About Us

Northwood Falcons Softball Club (Falcons) is a long established (50+ years) softball club playing in the Waverley Softball Association in eastern Melbourne. Through the Waverley Softball Association, we are affiliated with both Softball Victoria and Softball Australia.

Falcons provides teams in most age groups in the Waverley Association competition from T-Ball through to Open 1, and even fields a Masters team for special competitions. We also have a number of Waverley and Victorian representatives playing with us.

The softball season runs from early October through to late March, with an extended break for Christmas & school holidays. Most games are played on Saturday with an occasional midweek evening game. The Waverley Softball Association complex can be found within the Waverley Women’s Sport Centre at the corner of Jells Road & Waverley Road. The entrance is off Waverley Road (Map).

Falcons is a family club and we welcome players of all capabilities and ages to join us and enjoy the game of softball. Come join in with a club that’s all about providing the enjoyment of playing softball to everyone who wants to play, further developing skills, and of course having fun, on and off field.
